Time to BRUNCH & BURN!


As you know, we love our Brunch & Burns!!   What is better than getting in a good workout with a friend and then eating at your favorite breakfast place?!  We make sure to do a Brunch & Burn once a month and you should too! Here is how…

Step 1) Find a Brunch & Burn Buddy.

Step 2) Go to a fun place, get moving and feel the burn!

Step 3) Head to your favorite spot or try a new place to eat brunch.
