Summer Kick Off Whole 30 Day 3 Tip

I do so much better if I have my food prepped!  In the winter I tend to bake two big glass dishes of chicken in marinade.  Now that it’s summer, my husband grills for us for the week.  This is so nice and saves so much time!  We like chicken thighs better than breasts.  Not saying they are better for you, we just like the taste better.  I dump a jar of marinade into a large zip lock with two packages of chicken thighs.  Four packs of chicken thighs and two jars of marinade usually last us through the work week.
