Day 2: Not bad! No headache yet despite the fact that I’m really missing sugar. I’m sure it will catch up with me. Did a great grocery haul (lots of snacks!) and did my first meal prep eva!! Big dinner and finally didn’t go to bed hungry lol.
I woke up with a headache but luckily it went away after I had my coffee. I’m pretty sure it’s due to me switching to unsweetened creamer. My main issue has been hunger. I’m hungry all the time! I went to bed hungry, woke up hungry (which never happens!) and I’m hungry in between meals! I’m definitely trying to figure out how to get the calories I normally eat from foods because I don’t want to lose any weight so I’ve been looking up some good snacks to try this coming week.
I’m also doing half marathon training (should have thought more about that) haha so I usually eat carbs before I run… 🙂
Day two wasn’t bad except that I felt hungry all the time! I ran to Whole Foods and found a bunch of new marinades that are W30 Approved! There were a handful of new ones I hadn’t seen before. I also picked up some Tessemae’s Ketchup that I’m excited to try on my potatoes!
